Kantar has now released their full Q1 2015 numbers for the 3 months ending March 2015, and in Europe it reads as good news for Windows Phone.

IBM seeing growing enterprise demand for Windows Phone | Windows Phone Central

“IT likes Microsoft and likes Windows. They’ve made a lot of investment in things like Active Directory and Exchange and as a result they have a lot of interest in seeing Windows Phone used by employees. I don’t think anyone is going to be all Windows on mobile, but enterprises do want it and I think they have a strong opportunity when it comes to the enterprise side of purchase decisions,” said Szafranski.

New data show, for the second straight quarter, sales of phone with the Microsoft system surpassed Apple\’s iPhone and trailed only Android-based phones. In Chile alone, Windows Phone is up 50 percent over last quarter.

As Latin America\’s middle class has grown, so has demand for internet access and smart phones. Through its partnership through Nokia, Microsoft has been been able to capitalize on the Latin American market, says Univision\’s Stephen Keppel.
